Our revenue comes from a network of vetted parts, service, and insurance partners, none of whom have any input on what we publish about a specific model. Every Report Card is compiled from real-world South African ownership data, independent mechanics, and manufacturer service records, cross-checked against multiple sources before publishing. We prioritise faults reported repeatedly across different owners over one-off or anecdotal complaints, and we revisit published Report Cards over time rather than leaving them static.
